Anger at the Guadalupe Cultural Center Board: Comment

Compañera peleonera,

Just read your blog on the Guadalupe pedo and just
can't believe this shit! Even a machista like me is
outraged at the behavior of the director. Let me know
when we are to take over the building for an
occupation or press conference or whatever... And who
the fuck hired that fake bato to lead the center in
the first place?!

i read your comments and the San Antonio Current article you linked.

Why did that sad example of SA alternative journalism put Ruiz on the cover? They seem to want it both ways. Since when does the Current care what happens to RAZA unless it is to show that Chicanos can't take care of their own business. Remember that drive-by they did on Sandra Cisneros? Their mast head tells the story - only white non bilingual need apply.
What a contrast to your digging beneath the
surface and making the story hard-hitting and real. And the love you feel for this landmark institution makes it even harder to report this tragic story accurately, but you do.
we are lucky to have people like you to be outraged and still report the news with the professionalism required. Mil Gracias.
